Supplier Quality Control Coordinator (STA) (Japanese speaking)

Job Responsibilities:


  • Coordination, translation and distribution for key documentation and information between different regions to support headquarters’ requirements
  • Supplier Quality Assurance for Global and Regional Suppliers
  • Documentation Management & Control
  • SharePoint management for:
    • Visual Management Tool
    • Supplier Meeting Schedule and minutes
    • Audit Schedule and results
    • Quality Improvement Plans
    • Performance metrics
    • Other Key Documentation


Job Requirements: 

  • Proficient in written and verbal Japanese Language to liaise with headquarters (minimum JLPT N2)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in coordination/documentation
  • Bachelors Degree in Japanese Language/Business Management/Quality Assurance
  • Proficient in MS Office & SharePoint
  • Candidates with strong relevant experiences will be considered for the Specialist position.
