Customer Service Executive / Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:


  • Perform stationery & beverage stock taking
  • Perform receptionist duties and other admin work
  • Ensure general cleanliness of function and meeting rooms and reception area
  • Perform telephone operator duties on rotational basis
  • Ensure that all stationery in rooms are replenished
  • Sorting of mails and reading material
  • Perform ad-hoc mail room and business centre duties
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Supervisor 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum secondary school certificate in any field
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Preferably with hospitality/ customer service experience in corporate office, banks, hotels, etc



  • Qualification: Diploma, N-Level, O-Level
