Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage the Restaurant and ensure smooth operations
  • Experience in Fine Dining Restaurant 
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service 
  • Recruiting, training and supervising staff 
  • Handling customer enquiries and feedbacks
  • Set target and objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies and procedures
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness in workplace


  • At least 3 years of similar experience in a Fine Dining Restaurant, able to meet financial targets
  • Have team members focus, working through the team to achieve exceptional results
  • Self Driven, hands on with positive attitude and excellent grooming standards
  • Excellent leadership and positive mindset 
  • Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.





  • Qualification: Diploma, N-Level, O-Level
