HR Executive / Senior Executive (Recruitment / Generalist)

Job Responsibilities:


  • In-charge and lead recruitment activities
  • Provide support to daily HR operational matters for the organisation and HR projects
  • To work with HODs and Managers to resolve HR issues arises from operational matters as a HR Business Partner
  • Manage employee relations; employee counselling and grievances handling
  • Collaborate and work with internal stakeholders and line managers on recruitment needs
  • Support recruitment, on-boarding and exit processes; conduct preliminary screening and interview with line managers, conduct new hire orientation and exit interviews
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts, management and administration of employment passes and other related new hire administration matters
  • Administer new hire documentation
  • Plan and execute Employee Engagement Programs / Training activities and any ad-hoc projects and assignments, as required

  • Diploma / Degree in Business / HR or equivalent
  • Min. 2-3 years experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
  • Good team player
