You will be responsible for answering and managing appointments calls or handling general enquiries from members of public and patients with the highest service quality and operational standards.

 

Requirements:

  • GCE N + Certificate of Office skills or O or A Level
  • Experience in a Call Centre environment or any Service related industries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Salary range: From: $1,300 To: $1,800
