IT Desktop Support / Technology Analyst / Network Support

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining and improving the technology environment at the client offices.
You will provide end user desktop support and server/network support as well as working closely together with the Project Manager on various technology projects.
Provide daily break-fix support to clients in a professional, friendly and helpful manner
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in a technology support role
Trade floor or financial services IT experience would be an advantage but not critical
Strong knowledge in Desktop and Server computing (Microsoft platforms- Office, Outlook, Exchange), handheld devices such as iPhone
Experience in the following would be advantageous: Market data systems (Bloomberg, Reuters), Voice systems (Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, VoIP). Dealerboard systems (IPTrade, IPC, BT, Etrali). Networking (LAN/WAN, Cisco/Juniper equipment). Structured cabling.
Industry certifications would be an advantage (MCSA/MCSE, CCNA)
