Job Responsibilities:
Assistant Nurse Clinician / Nurse Clinician:
• Communicate, review and update nursing standards, policies, procedures
• Act as a professional clinical nurse and resource for nursing practice expertise and evidence-based practices to evaluate care of patients and complex healthcare needs and implement appropriate discharge plans
• Foster and promote nurses' participation in quality projects
• Nurture nurses' clinical competencies progression
• Perform regular assessment of nurses’ competencies to ensure achievement of competency levels
Nurse Manager:
· Responsible for induction process, competency assessment, learning needs and plans for nurses’ career progression
· Evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care and make appropriate changes in nursing care delivery
· Facilitate reviews on occurrence reports and ensure plans are implemented to prevent future occurrences
· Monitor budget and expenditure to ensure efficient and effective use of consumables
· Plan schedule to ensure efficient use of adequate skill mix in proportion to patient acuity and census
Requirements:
Assistant Nurse Clinician:
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board is preferred
• Diploma/ Degree in Nursing
• At least 2 to 4 years experience as a Senior Staff Nurse
Nurse Clinician:
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board is preferred
• Diploma/ Degree in Nursing
• At least 2 to 4 years experience as an Assistant Nurse Clinician
Nurse Manager:
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board is preferred
• Diploma/ Degree in Nursing
• At least 2 to 4 years experience as an Assistant Nurse Clinician
