Job Responsibilities:



  • Handle all receptionist duties
  • Assist in office administration matters such as liaising with vendors to upkeep office general conditions, replenish office supplies, follow up on service maintenance issues and contracts etc.



  • Minimum ‘O’ Levels qualification or its equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • At least one year of working experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5 days work week, Office Hours
  • One-way company transport provided from Clementi MRT


  • Qualification: A-Level, Degree, Diploma, ITC/NTC, O-Level
  • Years Exp: 1
  • Salary range: From: $2,000 To: $2,500
