Job Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for providing sales support function to the assigned Business Divisions in terms of managing order processing, documentation and customer servicing.
Responsibilities:
· Generation of Delivery Orders and Invoices
· Arranging deliveries with Logistics personnel
· Credit note processing
· Stock transferring
· Processing documentations for returned goods
· Mailing out Statement of Accounts
· Attending to customers’ requests
· Ensuring all outstanding documents are properly updated, filed and documentation in line with ISO
· Any other duties as directed by superior
Requirements:
· Minimum ‘O’ Levels qualifications or its equivalent
· At least 2 years of relevant experience in backend customer service support
· Diploma holders with no relevant experience are welcome to apply
· Familiar with SAP system or other ERP software is an added advantage but not necessary.
· Good computer skills
· Customer service oriented
· Proficient in Microsoft Words / Excel
· 5.5 days (alternate Saturday, 830am – 1230pm)
