Job Responsibilities:

Job Scope
•    To be responsible for the Career Development and Learning & Development (L&D) needs of the organization to elevate the skills and capabilities of our human resources
•    To spearhead the onboarding programme to reinforce Company’s Mission Statement, Corporate Culture, Core Values, learning opportunities, HR Policies and Procedures as well as products and services provided
•    To assist in the implementation of Talent Management Strategies and Succession Planning with the objective of building adequate talent supply to meet current/future organizational needs
•    To partner with tertiary institutions on internships/traineeship attachments to inject manpower and attract future talents to the organization
•    To measure the pulse of the organization through implementation of climate surveys, regular employees dialogue sessions and at the same time to communicate Management's commitment in people development
•    To conduct periodical in-house trainings/learning sessions
•    To handle all related administration duties

Requirements
•    Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
•    Must possess Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)
•    At least 3 years of experience in L&D, including conducting training and assessment
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
•    Passionate in people development
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel and Powerpoint)
•    Transport Pickup – Clementi MRT at 8.05am (One way to work)
•    Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 8.30am to 6.09pm
