Sales Manager (FMCG / Events / Marketing)

Job Responsibilities:

Job Scope:

  • Responsible to assist in initiating, planning, developing and localizing/implementing sales programs which are in line with the Corporate/Regional strategies, to meet local market needs while at the same time continue to grow sales and ultimate business goals.
  • To lead and supervise the sales team
  • Contributes to the development of sales targets based on forecasted market trends, member analysis, advises and consults senior management on current developments and trends, including member response/reaction.
  • To plan and support the member network with the promotion of local, regional, world-wide Events and Incentives for Singapore.
  • Organize and manage corporate Events, Seminars and Trainings for members to grow sales and members base. 

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or University graduate or equivalent, preferably with Business or Sales & Marketing background.
  • At least 4-5 years of work experience in Sales/Marketing & Events, 2 years in supervisory position.
  • Experience in Network Marketing/Direct Selling or FMCG or Retail Sales or Nutritional Food Industry would be an added advantage.
  • Highly energetic and driven. Must possess the enthusiasm to learn and understand the market thoroughly.
  • Ability to assist in formulating business strategies and plans, at the same time ensuring proper and timely execution of strategies to meet both sales and organizational goals.
  • Good problem solving skills and carry out responsibilities under minimum supervision.
  • Able to work in results orientated environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Required to work long hours and occasionally during week-end.
