The successful candidate is responsible for coordinating with principals/suppliers with regards to matters relating to factories’ house brands and specialty products under the Department's charge. He/she will assist in negotiating with suppliers pertaining to buying costs for all the assigned products as well as maintain and update buying prices. The incumbent will be the window between internal sales units/overseas subsidiaries and suppliers for stock inventory status, back order and order processing status. Administratively, he/she has to ensure all documentation and workflow are according to ISO standard.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma, preferably in Supply Chain Management
· Minimum five years of relevant experience in purchasing function liaising with overseas suppliers
· Experience in using SAP – MM module
· Competent in computer applications for presentation & data analysis
· Good communication skills (written and verbal)
· Company transport is provided from Clementi MRT at 8.05am (one way)
· Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8.30am to 6.09pm
