Job Responsibilities:

 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

·       Deliver a seamless patient experience and provide the highest level of service to international patients Liaison for overseas referral cases and work with internal departments and external partners

 

·       Facilitate arrangements such as appointments, admissions and other logistical requirements for these patients and their families.

 

·       Prepare monthly reports

 

·       Maintain department’s database

 


Job Requirements

 

·       Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years’ work experience, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry

 

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

 

·       Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
