Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for the annual salary benchmarking exercise, including conducting sector specific competitive market analysis
  • Involve in the review and development of compensation and rewards strategies with the aim to attract and retain talents
  • Assist in job evaluation and mapping exercise, and the design of a new job structure that enhances career progression for all levels of staff
  • Provide advisory to all business partners on salary and compensation matters that are in line with the statutory requirement and organization’s pay philosophy
  • Assist in annual manpower budgeting exercise 



  • Degree in Human Resource, Business, Statistics or Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience
  • Possess strong analytical skills in HR C&B areas
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel and/or other analytical tools
  • Good market research skills
  • Strong ability to manage big data/numbers and process the information for management analysis
  • Strong project management and execution experience
  • Confident to question status quo constructively and recommend creative strategies to address observed gaps
  • Resourceful and able to work both independently and in teams
  • Able to communicate ideas in great clarity and engage with senior management confidently
