Job Responsibilities:

 Core Responsibilities: 

·         Monitor, measure and manage brand equity/strength

·         Increase brand awareness, relevant differentiation, value, accessibility and emotional connection

·         Develop brand plan and monitor progress against brand plan

·         Maintain brand identity consistency

·         Drive initiatives that support delivery of the brand promise

·         Support Senior Brand manager to determine identities for new brands/sub-brands

·         Conceptualization, plan and execution for new product development

·         Responsible of GP2/GP3 performance

 

Job Specifications:

·         A minimum of five years’ relevant experience in FMCG Brand Management and Trade Marketing.

·         Good project management and leadership skills.

·         Strong organizational, time management, financial sense and analytical skills.

·         Ability to have hands on approach to work as a team.

·         Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.

·         Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills

·         Ability to build strong business rapport at all levels.
