Job Responsibilities:


  • Ensure smooth running of daily office operations by designing office policies, standards and procedures 
  • Implement office systems, layouts, equipment procurement 
  • Prepare department budgets and expenses 
  • Sort, distribute and dispatch all incoming mails, courier & parcels in a timely manner 
  • Arrange transportations, meals and other required logistics for townhall/ meetings 
  • Schedule and confirm conferences, business meetings and booking of conference rooms 
  • Handle travel arrangements and hotel reservations 
  • Cover reception duties as and when required
  • Receive incoming pantry stocks and arrange accordingly 



Job Requirements:


  • At least a Diploma / Degree graduate 
  • Applicants with LCCI Private Secretary's Diploma are welcome to apply 
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant secretarial / office administration experience 
  • Some leadership or supervisory experience will be advantageous
