Sales Support Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Job Responsibilities:

• Shipment coordination for specific accounts
• Maintain and update SOPs, contact matrix and transport mapping
• Work closely with customers on common / recurrent service issues and provide improvements / solutions 
• Analyse monthly data and transpose to reports, KPI 
• Support on quotations, tender management 
• Contact customers following sales calls to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints 

Job requirements:

• Minimum diploma 
• Familiar with Excel Pivot Table and Vlookup
• Knowledge in freight forwarding is a must
• Minimum 2 years in a similar position

• Salary range: From: $2,500 To: $4,500
