Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer’s enquiries promptly
  • Ensure compliance with customer’s SOP
  • Liaise with overseas agents on various requirements and rates
  • Prepare AWB and other necessary documents
  • Liaise & co-ordinate with airfreight carriers / customers / suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of goods
  • Lead team on daily job scope and resolve discrepancies
  • Monitors and work closely with team to achieve monthly GM targets.


  • Diploma with minimum 4 years of experience in freight-forwarding (airfreight)
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience leading a team of at least 3 direct staff.
  • Willing to be contactable 24/7 via mobile to resolve emergency issues, if required.
  • 5 days work week, alternate Saturday


  • Qualification: Degree, Diploma, Masters & Above
  • Years Exp: 4
  • Salary range: From: $3,000 To: $4,000
  • Location: East
  • Permanent
