• Identify and formalize customers business solutions needs (Track and Trace, EDI, Reporting, etc.)
• Design, implement, deploy and maintain of the customer business solutions
• Manage project analysis, coordination & support for deployment activity
• Maintenance of accounts documentation and operational procedures 

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum diploma holder
• Experience in business IT solutions and freight operations
• Must have very strong problem solving skills.
• A strong knowledge about computer applications and relevant software
• Knowledge and experience in delivering technology solutions
• 5 days work week
