· Supervise a team of CSE (about 5 - 10) and be responsible for their performance.
· Provide guidance and training to the team
· Review and develop effective SOP
Requirements:
· Degree holder
· Prior supervision experience
· Strong customer service background in hospitality or service industry environment
· Candidate with healthcare background will have priority
· Service-oriented (with sales elements)
