Customer Service Manager - Pharmaceutical (Sea / Air Freight)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Customer service team for Pharmaceutical clients to achieve operational and financial objectives 
  • Ensure quality of operation according to client requirements & SOP 
  • To co-ordinate with carriers for bookings/uplift upon escalation from team 
  • Attend to freight management and rates negotiation 
  • Liaise with overseas agents on the various requirements ie SOP and rates 
  • To review the profit & loss of the dept 
  • To analyze job file purchasing and raise concern to Pricing team. 
  • To conduct recruitment exercise for officer/executive position when needed. 


Job Requirements: 

  • Diploma/ Degree preferred 
  • Minimum 8 years' experience managing operations in the freight forwarding with sea and/or air freight experiences 
  • Previous customer service experience is an added advantage 
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • DGR trained will be an advantage
