Senior Specialist (User Experience and Interface)

Job Responsibilities:

• Experienced in managing digital projects and enhancing current platforms to improve overall member’s experience across the various touch points. 
• Work closely with internal business unit users and cross-functional stakeholders on defining business requirements; project scope and deliverables
• To review and streamline business and system processes to drive efficiency
• To drive and manage mid-sized digital projects 
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget 

Requirements: 

• Degree in Business Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of working experience in business analysis, system analysis and project management
• Experience in managing mobile app project will be an advantage
• Able to handle multiple projects at the same time
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
