Senior Electrical Engineer (Operations Support Services)

Job Responsibilities:

• You will ensure all the facilities and equipment are maintained and operated in a cost effective way. 
• You will work closely with contractors and vendors in fulfilling both their contracts' and legal safety obligations. 
• You will also be involved in the investigation and analysis of reported faults and provide effective solutions.
• In addition, you will assist in preparing proposal on relevant Green Mark initiatives and energy saving programme for the clinics' renovation and replacement works.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Good M&E knowledge with hands-on experience
• Green Mark Facilities Manager and/or Fire Safety Manager will be an advantage 
• Has a good command of spoken and written English 
• A team player who can work independently 
• Able to perform under tight deadlines and stress
