Job Responsibilities:

 Job scope:

Source and engage main / sub-contractors for the project
Coordinate with all inter-agencies / working partners / project team
Plan, develop and review operational workflows (SOPs) for Community Recovery Facility (CRF) / Community Care Facility (CCF)
Oversee the operations and handle incident reports with the support of Managing Agent
Work closely with various stakeholders to execute and monitor functions relating to the management of recovering residents of the CRF 
Extract and collate report for updating to all relevant parties
Manage budget and contract of the operation and setup
Monitor performance and compliance of Contractors
Provide support to any other operational functions as part of outbreak response.
Arrange and conduct project meeting, and recording of minutes
 
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree / Diploma in any discipline
Possesses Microsoft Excel skills
At least 2 years of working experience
Good interpersonal skills
