Admin Executive / Secretary (Healthcare)

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide secretarial, administrative and HR support in the Division of Medicine/Departments
  • Attend to enquiries, organize and maintain an effective filing system
  • Assist in tracking of faculty appointments and all other related education activities
  • Assist in onboarding of new staff and off boarding of exiting staff
  • Provide coordination and logistics support for ad hoc events, conferences, workshops, courses and medical exams etc.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma with at least 2 years relevant experience
  • Good writing skills
  • At least a B in GCE O Levels’ English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly advance excel
  • Knowledge of adobe photoshop and design skills will be advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills, team player who is able to work independently
  • Excellent organisational skills
