Job Responsibilities:

 Job scope:

  • Perform frontline customer service support. 
  • Reply email enquiries and answer telephone calls in a professional manner in accordance with clinic standards. 
  • Fix and secure appointments and update in calendar, 
  • Perform cashiering and ensure accuracy of administrative duties such as daily sales revenue and patients record cards. 
  • Maintain cleanliness of front desk counter. 
  • Perform monthly stock take. 
  • Other ad-hoc duties 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a front-line customer service position, preferably in beauty industry. 
  • Possess excellent customer services and communication skills. 
  • Able to operate basic computer applications and handling incoming calls/enquiries 
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
