Senior Manager, Corporate Planning and Performance (Healthcare)

Job Responsibilities:

You are required to lead a team of staff to work closely with stakeholders in the formulation and delivery of workplans and services and provide analytics support in decision making. Your primary role includes:  

  • Overseeing the development and maintenance of the corporate workplan, strategy map and balance scorecard.   
  • Ensuring timely reporting of performance against targets and determine root cause for non-performing and performing indicators for follow up actions
  • Providing key management information and analytics for workload trending, resource planning and management decision 
  • Planning and developing new services and care plans
  • Overseeing the services offered offsite to ensure that they are harmonised and integrated 
  • Participating in corporate projects as assigned




  • Degree, preferably in Business Administration (Business Analytics) or Science (Mathematics) with at least 10 years’ relevant work experience.  Applicants with relevant experience from a healthcare setting would have an advantage. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational and communication skills with a pleasant disposition.
  • Able to work and interact well with people at all levels.
