Senior Manager, Corporate Planning and Performance (Healthcare)

Job Responsibilities:
You are required to lead a team of staff to work closely with stakeholders in the formulation and delivery of workplans and services and provide analytics support in decision making. Your primary role includes:
Overseeing the development and maintenance of the corporate workplan, strategy map and balance scorecard.
Ensuring timely reporting of performance against targets and determine root cause for non-performing and performing indicators for follow up actions
Providing key management information and analytics for workload trending, resource planning and management decision
Planning and developing new services and care plans
Overseeing the services offered offsite to ensure that they are harmonised and integrated
Participating in corporate projects as assigned
Requirements:
Degree, preferably in Business Administration (Business Analytics) or Science (Mathematics) with at least 10 years’ relevant work experience.Applicants with relevant experience from a healthcare setting would have an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational and communication skills with a pleasant disposition.
Able to work and interact well with people at all levels.
