Job Responsibilities:


  • Perform frontline customer service support. 
  • Reply email enquiries and answer telephone calls in a professional manner based on the clinic’s protocol.
  • Securing appointments and scheduling of aesthetic appointments in the calendar.
  • Perform cashiering and administrative duties like registering patients, traffic control, and stock taking.
  • Maintain cleanliness of front counter. 
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the clinic manager.




  • Minimum three years’ experience in frontline customer service support positions. Experience in the healthcare and aesthetics industries not necessary but would be a plus.
  • Personable and possesses excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Able to operate basic computer software like Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • 5 working days (including weekends and PH) with retail hours: 2 shifts, 10 – 8pm or 11 – 9pm.




  • Qualification: Diploma, ITC/NTC, N-Level, O-Level
  • Years Exp: 3
  • Salary range: From: $2,200 To: $3,000
