Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Perform frontline customer service support.
Reply email enquiries and answer telephone calls in a professional manner based on the clinic’s protocol.
Securing appointments and scheduling of aesthetic appointments in the calendar.
Perform cashiering and administrative duties like registering patients, traffic control, and stock taking.
Maintain cleanliness of front counter.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the clinic manager.
Requirements:
Minimum three years’ experience in frontline customer service support positions. Experience in the healthcare and aesthetics industries not necessary but would be a plus.
Personable and possesses excellent customer service and communication skills.
Able to operate basic computer software like Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
5 working days (including weekends and PH) with retail hours: 2 shifts, 10 – 8pm or 11 – 9pm.
