Drive the conceptualization, development, go-to-market, launch, continuous improvements, and longer term evolution of the online payment products and value added services to deliver delightful customer experience and product vision.
Develop strategic product roadmap and vision in alignment with organization strategy and ensure that the product roadmap supports business drivers by defining success metrics for the products.
Work with internal and external, including the organization’s leadership to define strategic direction for the product to drive growth, sustainability and profitability.
Lead to analyse and apply emerging trends in technologies, competitors, customer behaviour and competitive best practices into product vision and roadmap, and work with internal and stakeholders to develop business cases.
Owns the P&L and success of the products and channel services.
Lead day-to-day business process matters such as technical support, operational issues, client service support, legal documentation etc.
Ensure adherence of products to appropriate regulatory governance requirements.
Support sales call and participate in response to Request For Proposals (RFPs) from sales, relationship managers where required.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-8 years of product management / development, with experience in payments e.g. EFTPOS, QR payment and building digital platform solutions to support SME segment e.g. merchant portal and mobile app.
Track record in managing, developing and launching new products.
Strong problem solving, decision making and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence key internal and external stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of the payments industry and related technologies. Deep knowledge of SME segment and their needs will be helpful.
Keen industry knowledge of innovation, emerging trends and technologies in the payment, card, mobile and online spaces.

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably Business, Banking or IT.
